The course covers in detail the vital systems that we require TJO Teammates to be familiar with and various maintenance tasks to be performed at each property.

Safety Awareness

The course gives each TJO Teammate resources on preventing any injury in the workplace and tools that can be used at the stores in the event of any safety-emergency.

Risk Management

The course guides you through the steps we take to mitigate any customer-related incident that arises at the stores and our responsibility to serve the customer.
